All our meeting rooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment, comfortable seating, and come in various sizes (from 2 persons – 10 persons) to accommodate your needs. To book a meeting room simply select the date, time and room-size needed in our easy-to-use members website or mobile app.
Your selected membership package has a fixed number of free meeting room credits per month. One credit = One hour and you can reserve time slots from as little as 15 minutes or 0.25 credits. Check membership details for specific information.
If you need more time in our meeting rooms, you will be charged per hour based upon the listed price of the selected meeting room; pricing starts from CZK 400 per hour for members.
And don’t forget, no credit or reservation is required for the use of any of our 13 Telco or Focus rooms.
Credits refresh on the first of every month and do not roll over into the next month.
Yes, we offer our meeting rooms to non-members on an hourly or daily basis. This is a convenient option for those who don’t have a full membership but need a professional space for meetings on an ad hoc basis. If you are not a member but require meeting room space in Prague, do not hesitate to get in touch.
There is no restriction on how far in advance you can book a meeting room. We have 11 meeting rooms across the centre, so you are sure to find an available room suitable for you at any given time. But if you want a specific room it is recommended to book as early as possible, especially during peak hours.
You can cancel your meeting any time until 30 minutes before the start date and time of your reservation. Cancellations within 30 minutes of the reserved start date and time are charged in full.
Yes, of course. Our rooms exist to provide you with representative meeting facilities for internal and external use. However, your guests should not be left in the premises alone, and remember as the contracted member, you are always responsible for the behaviour or your guests.
